Just wanted to ask if it is intended that i cant change my Deck or craft any cards through the whole later part of Mahakam.

edit: cant use fast travel either, that intended too ?

I have this same problem... i cant even save and quit.

Sae with me. Can't change decks, can't save or exit.

Yeah when this Blizzard thign started , i couldnt use anything after it.
I thought that this is the explanation for it , but since there are parts where the Blizzard isnt anymore, i thought i could at last look at my deck or somethign like this.

So i either assume that it IS intented to work like that and is just poorly communicated to the player or a huge bug.

It's a bug I think. I fixed it reloading a checkpoint after opening a chest.

First i think, that cause Blizzard in mountains, and that is bug.D

Just L"load last save"....this help me.
