In Aedirn, there is apparently someone hidden in some trees and if near, they'll whisper something (dialog box/audio) but it's elf-speak. Is it tied to something? Seems to be warning me (there is a small cross-sword battle to the left of him), but no idea what he's saying. He's completely hidden in the trees and can't interact directly with him.

It's simply story flavour. It's the Scoia'tael taunting from the shadows.
