Probably a long shot, but has anyone found a mod that allows you to run Thief in windowed mode? Bordered, borderless, I don't really care... Fullscreen mode is just kind of annoying when I have two monitors.

it's kind of impractical, but it should get job done-load up thief.exe, click the execute program button, and thief should run windowed.

note: the tool hooks dlls, and many antivirus programs hate that, and will spit out virus warnings. they are false positives, of course.

DDfix will let you play in Window mode, it's one of the settings in ddfix.ini.

Hmm, will check when I get back tonight, but in the short-term I will bow to Voodoo's superior Thiefy knowledge :-)

Edit - You're right voodoo, I thought it was there, but there's no option. So everyone ignore my comments :)

For the Google searchers out there:

Make sure you bookmark ttlg.com and visit the sticky Thief stuff in General, install the latest TFix file at least, and simply open the cam ext config file with Notepad, and remove the semi-colon (;) in front of the "force windowed mode". Save.
