I am running OS X 10.5.8 and I am unabe to start the game. "This game cannot start on this version of OS X" It does not say anywhere what OS this supports....what to do?

Well the game card claims "Mac OS X (10.6.8 or newer)", and the minimum system requirements are below: Minimum system requirements (Mac): OS X 10.6.8 or later. Processor: Intel Core Duo 2GHz+ Memory: 1GB of RAM Graphics: 64MB of video memory Recommended two-button mouse, or Apple mouse with Secondary Button / Secondary Click enabled. If you meet these, contact Support about the problem.

EDIT: D'oh, sorry, missed 10.5.8. Looks like you need a newer version of OS X.

You may need to nab a version of Boxer that will run on your version of OS X
http://boxerapp.com/ and just install that where you installed theme hospital and run the game with that
