If you run the game with CorsixTH you can choose a lot more languages, without editing a file.

German, Dutsch, France, Italian and some more.

This is good to know. I prefer to game in German whenever I can to keep my skills up.

And in Swedish if you change ENG to SWE

where can i find this cfg. ?

I believe it is a text/configuration file (probably with the gear icon) within the installation folder, probably at an address like C:/Program Files/GOG Games/Theme Hospital/Hospital.cfg

But I don't own the game so I can't say for sure.

Yep, just change the line mentioned above in HOSPITAL.CFG to "LANGUAGE=SPA".

(Note that if the game has been installed in Program Files, you'll probably need Notepad to be open with administrative rights to save it)

Why doesn't GOG acknowledge the languages and make this possible to select in the installer?
Is this a license question or do they just not care?

I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for this thread btw.

Lol, I'm pretty sure they care given they've acknowledged the languages of plenty of other games. (They know thousands want the games in their native language.) It's most likely a licensing issue with the EA games.

Yea, I asked them and it is.

I changed it but after i saved it i can't play the game.

I have a mac with Theme Hospital. How i change there the Language to German?

Geht einfach C/GOG Games\Theame Hospital\Data und dort Lang-0 in Lang-2 benennen und Lang-2 in Lang-0.Schon habt ihr es auf Deutsch:)

Das hat mir die Kaufentscheidung gerade um einiges erleichtert ^^ Das spiel ist auf Deutsch halt doch etwas einfacher :D

Habs damals als Original gehabt und irgendwann gings mal verloren und jetz endlich wieder <3 ich liebe gog für deren Angebot so ^^
