I tried to compile it, but there was a errors in Xcode.

Compiling with a recent master should involve one less step than compiling against 0.50 but there may still be instructions missing from the wiki. Unfortunately I don't have OSX to clarify. tobylane on #corsix-th on freenode (irc) successfully compiles for himself.

If there are any OSX users here with experience compiling and making app bundles we would really appreciate a redistributable OSX package.

CorsixTH 0.60-rc1 is out, we are looking for testers, translators, and anyone that might want to lend a hand squashing bugs before the final.

This just does not work for me at all, i try to run it and is just says there are errors in the corsixTH.lua file something about height and ini or something, i have done everything right nothing out of place i have followed the very simple 3 step instructions on the website.

download game of GOG, install corsixTH into the place where theme hospital is located, run it. i get two black console boxes telling me about these two errors. help

Finished isn't a goal, what are you looking for that we don't have?

I hear there are still a couple features missing like rats and ai (other hospitals).

That is true. Rats, rat bonus levels, AI hospitals, the ability to block off part of the hospital, and newspaper headlines in cut scenes are the significant missing features.

In exchange you get zoom, better heat distribution (buggy in 0.61, use the 0.62 beta), custom campaigns and levels, a map editor, the ability to swap out the music, and support for many more languages.

Feature parity with the original is something we'd like to have. My recommendation if you are hesitant is to play the original first, then if you want the experience to keep on going, try out CorsixTH.

Oh but I tried both and corsixTH is awesome, it's just feels I'm missing on some stuff from the original, this all. :)

Added features are cool, but I'm not using them. :P

I used CorsixTH and it is awesome. But when I use it then my time spent in game is not counted in GOG aplication.
I really would have that working. Is there a way to make CorsixTH start after I press play in GOG aplication?

Maybe this works, I do not have this installed and I do not know if it works, but I have installed the openRCT2 and change the name of the executable for the original game, launching it from the Galaxy opens it and counts the time.

Well maybe some .bat file would make it open through GOG. But I am not a programer so I have no skill to make such thing. I think it would be required to make GOG see corsixTH exe as it was exe file which GOG use to open the game.
If corsix creators would be kind then they could make it :)

But as for CorsixTH itself I noticed there is few things still lacking. Like other hospital scores are not working at all.
