Hi, when I play theme hospital my mouse randomly goes to one direction (first time I could move up or down but it was stuck to the left, this time it was stuck at the top). Last time I was able to save. this time, hopefully auto save got it at a good spot, 'cause I suck at saving. Anyone know if this is a game bug, or a dosbox bug?

I have this issue too and so do other people:

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a solution yet.

EDIT: actually, according to this other thread, there is something you can try, but it doesn't work for everyone:

This also happens to me.
But you can still use the Key-Combination "ALT" + "Shift"+"S" for Quick Save and than close and run the game again.
