My mouse does not work/appear on the game

im playing on a mac and I can't seem to "right click" in order to adjust the position of items I buy. How can I get around this? I've tried "ctrl + click," i've tried just clicking the right side of the mouse pad (it's a macbook), i've tried alt + click, command +click, fn + click....

does anyone know how to get around this?

Unchecking "enhance pointer precision" won't help if your mouse is stuck to the left.
Try this.
If you move the mouse further to the left, after a while it appears on the right side and then works normally, unless you move it to the far right again. It will get stuck again.
Anyway, after getting it unstuck you should always go for save-exit-restart-reload. That's the more stable solution.

Other than what I wrote above, no.
I don't expect the developers to update such an old game. We just have to deal with it. There are even more annoying bugs in there (have you seen the disappearing doors bug?)

I believe the majority of players has encountered this bug.
Only solution is to restart the game. Just remember to press ALT+S to save your game before exiting.
