I completed the game a looong time ago, so I can't recall specifics of the last level. However, I don't recall it being any different than the previous ones. If there was some particular quirk of the level, I might be able to help if you refresh my memory.

do a google search for theme hospital walkthrough/strategy guide. There should be several. You probably wont find an in depth walkthrough for any level, but there should be plenty of tips for any of the more difficult levels.
