I just purchased this game and when I try to run the game, a message pops out and says that this game is not compatible with 64-bits Window 7??
Did I just waste my money or there is a problem with it?

The game description says it supports win 7 64 bit.

I was thinking about getting it too.

Have you tried reaching out to gog support?

No, I'm sure there are people who can run it on Win7 64-bit. Try running it in compatibility mode for WinXP, maybe. Is there an option/icon for changing settings outside of the game?

compat mode did not work for me.

Use the shortcut created during installation, don't try to start the game directly from its folder.

If you still have problems getting it to run, go to Start Menu>GOG.com>Theme Hospital and run Graphic Mode setup. Try different modes and see which one will work best for you.

Of course, it supports!

It is compatible with these OS:
Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32 & 64 bit)

That is compatible because it uses a DOS-Box, and it works like emulating an old Operative System.
