The game runs on windows 8 tablets?
It requires mouse+keyboard or i can use touch interface?

It run fine without mouse and keyboard. I'm running it Asus T100 Transformer tablet with Win 8 Pro and I didn't noticed any problem with touch interface, everything works as should.
Also game don't have no performance problems on this particular tablet.
