Hey guys.

So I bought the Witcher 3 for GOG like a year ago then played it for a while and removed it from my PC.

Now I wanted to play the game again because I got a new ultrawide. Logged in, but the game is no longer in my library?! It was the only game I had on GOG, so it should be there but it's not. WTF happened? Did GOG just decide to remove the game from my library?

Cheers...

GOG would not simply remove the game, absolutely not. I have no idea if you are talking about your Galaxy library or your gog.com library. Go to your GOG library in your web browser. It should be there. If it is not, refresh your account, and if it is still not there you need to contact support.

Thanks for your reply. That's what I mean, when I go to my account I can see the free DLC, then when I click on it it says I don't have the necessary base game. So they removed the game but not the DLC from my library, it's weird as helll.

I'm going to contact support, but I will not buy games for GOG in the future, this is totally unacceptable...

Calm down. If you bought the game at GOG, and NOT a key from some other outlet, then the game must be in your account. As I said, GOG would not simply remove it. There has to be an explanation.
Are you sure you are logging into the right GOG account? Check your email - you would have received an email from GOG when you purchased the game...

Look under Orders and settings in you account

Okay so I contacted GOG, turns out the key that I bought was stolen and that is why the game was removed from my library. I didn't know it was stolen of course, and I paid for it. Unfortunately this is almost a year ago so I can't get my money back from PayPal.

I feel kind of duped, but I understand that it's not GOG's fault, just really sucks for me I guess. :(

Anyways, thank you guys for replying and thank you GOG for the quick communication.
