Sounds like they probably offered some other store/whatever exclusivity on the map for some period and over-promised their own offering here and in order to meet legal obligations of promises to external entities they had to avoid giving GOG customers the map right away to avoid angering Steam or whoever they made bigger promises to.

Obviously they _have_ the map _somewhere_ and it's not been a priority to give it to us here so there has to be some reason other than "just irritate everyone who bought the game here by holding it back" I'm thinking. I doubt they've done it purely because they forgot or something like that.

Yep. This is what I have been saying all along. It is not there in our goodies section in the library. The closest thing you have is page 7-8 in the Art book (English).

It only appears to be in language packs as is made evident by posts on this thread by others but we sill don't have the stand alone PDF document with the map. Other people on the other map thread have opened up a support ticket so lets see what becomes of that.

Surprised it's not here yet though.....well.........at least for the standard English edition :)

It's by no means a huge problem, more like an accidental oversight that I am confident will be corrected in due course.

Yes *sigh*. Besides, how can I open the localized versions (e.g. ._The_Witcher_3_Wild_Hunt_World_Map_DE.pdf)? It doesn't seem to be a valid pdf file. I can only view the english version.
