Hello,

I had pre-ordered Witcher 3 Wild Hunt from a retail store.
Today when i received it, i tried to install the game by following the instructions manual.

On disk 1, there is a exe file called SETUP_TH
Once i run it, The installer tries to install the game.
It then asks me to select a certain bin file called SETUP_TH-1 from Disk 1.
However , there is no file of that name on that disk! (see pic)

And if i try to select the other files in that disk and try to proceed with the installation, it says
"Installation cannot proceed without the required file, do you wish to cancel" YES or NO. (see pic)

I contacted the retail sore and explained them this problem, and they too are clueless!

Can someone please help me, I really wish to play this game.

That's great :)
However, could you please send a DXDIAG to our Support via this form?

We would like to check if maybe the issue is hardware related (like i.e. drive doesn't want to read long file names or sth) and not the discs itself are bad.

Sure. but when i try to upload my dxdiag.txt file to you, it says "Wrong format"
How do i circumvent this?
