For start my specs:

GeForce GTX 660 Ti
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770S CPU 3.10GHz
16 GB RAM
OS Windows 7 Ultimate
and i am using 347.88 (latest to date) Nvidia driver

I just did the Witcher contract The Phantom Of Eldberg and when i was heading back to colect my reward for it, i was interupted by 2 trouble makers which i killed and later on the village made me go to a trial before the Jarl, which is the core of the problem i think

this action teleports me into the Jarls keep dungeon and that means i have to instantly load the new location map and everything tied to it and it crashes

i tried to restart the game a few times and it didnt help (always crash at the exact same moment) + Reloading to a old save isnt and option for me becouse i mainly use the F5 quick save option

did someone encounter this problem and if can you help me?
347.88 is from March.

There have been 3 releases since then. Despite the new issues introduced with the most recent drivers, I would still update to the latest, 353.06, and see if that helps your situation.
