Game is stuck during installation. It says installing file and 2 minutes remaining during the first disc and it doesn't continue nor creating folder/files.

Same here. Tried 3 different optical drives - no help. I7 4770 1tb free space. No response fro Support yet - reported problem roughly 9pm PDT last night

You guys tried to copy the installer files to your HDD and run the setup that way?
Another option (I know it is not ideal) is redeeming your key on the website and download the game.

i have the retail version and i just used gog galaxy to install it and it worked fine

I installed the game via retail disks as well, and it worked fine. Just took a long time to copy and unpack all of the files from the discs. So I can confirm that the retail install works, at least in theory.

Maybe the insert next disc prompt didn't pop up/appear on your computer? There should be a window telling you to insert the next disc.

I tell you what you do step by step.
1) Move the Files from ALL cd's in a folder. Name it for example Witcher 3
2) Download this: adfly/1Hgzrn (Direkt Download)(i removed the dots, you need to put them manually, because youre not allowed to post links. simply put a "." between "ad" and "fly" and add "http://" before it)
3) Rename your setup.bin files like this: setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-1
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-2
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-3
setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-continue with this
4) Start the downloaded file and it installs! IM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW :DD

Same issue - Installing file ... 2 min. Waited hours but nothing. Clean reboot, nothing. Run as administrator, nothing. Doesn't sound like disc is being read. Can't see any network traffic. What is going on?
