Hi guys,

If you`re like me and suffer from bad performance consider the following fix:
I was getting 45-55 FPS during normal gameplay and around 40 FPS in Novigrad. Accidentally, I discovered that I had installed my graphics card in the PCIe 2.0 slot. So I reinstalled it into the PCIe 3.0 slot and the performance exploded: Now I`m getting 60-90 FPS during gameplay and 60-70 FPS in Novigrad with no microstuttering! Theoretically changing from PCIe 2.0 to PCIe 3.0 shouldn`t make such a big difference but somehow Witcher 3 really profits from it.
Maybe this fix will help some of you out.

My rig: Win10 Professional x64 - Intel Core i5 4690 - MSI GeForce GTX 970 4G Gaming - 16GB RAM - ASUS Z97 PRO GAMER - The Witcher 3 v1.21 with all DLC and expansions installed on an SSD.
You need to upgrade your rig, it's crap.
