I'll get right to it: I have several crafting "Recipes" I've collected around White Orchard, including a new Silver Sword (Diagram: Serpentine Silver Sword) that I would like to craft. I visited the dwarf to have it made, as it would have made my fights around White Orchard that much easier, but the only categories that appeared on the list of items he could make for me were Chest Armor, Crafting Components, and Junk. No category for the Crossbow Bolts, or the Silver Swords, or the Steel Swords even though I have several diagrams in each category I should be able to craft.

Anyone else have this issue? Or am I missing something obvious lol?

When you look at the diagrams in your own menu it tells you that only a blacksmith can make weapons and only an armourer makes, well, armour. Willis is an armourer, but you'll find a blacksmith in the Nilfgaardian fort.

Possibly need to be a higher level,before it shows up?

For armours and weapons you need two requirements:
1. the Trader must be of the correct category: Armourer for Armors and Blacksmith for Weapons
2. The Trader must meet the minimum require experience.
