We said our goodbyes at Fyke Isle and this time I did not send her to Kaer Mohen
telling her to go wherever she wished. I now need some alchemy supplies from her but she is no longer in her cottage..
The peddler is also not in his cottage as I turned against him at that quest in Fyke Isle so he also in no longer available for supplies.

Depending on your actions at Fyke Isle, if Keira goes to Radovid with the notes from the lab, you will find her impaled on the stake in Novigrad square later on. Regardless, once that quest is done she leaves her cottage for good. If she survives and ends up at Kaer Morhen, you can buy stuff there.

Yes, I remember she saying she was going to Radovid.
What a shame. I suppose her supplies get burnt with her. lol

UPDATE: Brothers in arms quest - velen - need to ask her to help in the battle at Kaer Morhen.
Quest immediately shown as failed (naturally) but I though she played an integral part in this battle.
