Well they finally published some gameplay on the decisions from W2 that impact W3. Since this was for PS4 it was done through questions. Here they are:
1) La Valette - Is Aryan alive or dead. And if dead did you fight him one on one or all his men.
2) Roche or Iorveth - Who did you side with. It only deals with the final choice and not the first one (sword).
3a) If Roche then it asks if you picked to save Triss or Anais.
3b) If Iorveth then it asks if you picked to save Triss or break the spell on Saskia.
4) Sile - Did yous ave or or did you die.
5) Letho - Did you kill him or walk away.
Some major decisions are not there so it seems some decisions are made for you regardless. For example:
1) Henselt is alive. Since the only possibility of him dying is a choice on Roche's path this means the game says you did not let Roche kill him.
2) Stennis. We know he's dead if Roche path is taken. But don't know the default choice if you picked Iorveth. Seems your actual choice doesn't matter.
3) Saskia. We know she lives if you picked to cure her, but what is the default if you went to save Triss? Seems your choice to let her live or die doesn't matter.
4) Anais. It seems the game defaults to either Natalis or Radovid getting her. Your actual choice has no impact unless the default differs in 3a above.
5) Adda. Seems W3 keeps the default that she died. So importing W1 into W2 does not carry forward.
6) Flotsam and Loredo. Your choices don't matter it seems. He's dead in Roche path so most likely dead on Iorveth unless they really want it to default that you saved the elf women. And giving the sword to Iorveth doesn't appear so that is a default.
7) Dethmold. We know he dies in all scenarios except Roche/Triss path. Will this even matter?
