I reinstall my operating system and game setup I've done from the beginning.I have all the DLC packs ..
I'm having problems in the picture.What is the problem?

I'd try
-Windows clean installation
-last versiyon graphic Driver installed.
-I again downloaded the game and all dlc

You would have been better advised to attach a shot of your DX display tab (Ekran?).

Looks like videocard overheating to me. Maybe check your temps.
