Well, I played 160 hours of TW 3, had no problems. Well release version worked better for me =D But that doesn't matter.

Today, I, erm, killed my Win7, so had to format aand reinstall it. Galaxy client was installed on the same partition. After reinstalling Windows, patching and installing drivers, I installed Galaxy again, found the game, it checked all the files, blah blah. Everything was fine until I started loading into the game, Usually it takes me 30 seconds maximum. Now it took me almost 10 minutes. I thought, it was a problem with creating new game, but no, after restoring my savegames from earlier today, loading took the same huge amount of time. Do not really want to redownload whole 31 gig game, but will try, if none other solutions show up. (Repair didn't find any problems)

Killed it? It may be important (for a diagnosis of your load problem) to know exactly how you did such a thing.
Well, everything wasn't that bad. Just caught a bunch of malware, and was too lazy to clear it manually.

Btw, defragmenting didn't help either.

Running antivirus scan now.

UPD: After short testing procedure, noticed, that FPS dropped a lot, too. GPU drivers are up to date, sound drivers too. What else might be wrong?

Malware is the obvious answer. Defragmenting is a pointless exercise for malware, as is reinstalling Windows. You *need* to disinfect your entire system of malware, and that includes anything backed up. Such a disinfection should be done with a reputable antivirus, and is going to take a long time -- there is absolutely no point in trying shortcut methods in this.

Well then, why while I was running previous Win installation, which got crawled by spam browsers and apps, TW was running perfectly fine? And now, when none of these problems exist - loading takes huge amount of time?

Will try reinstalling, if it won't help, will wipe whole drive clean..

You haven't disinfected your entire system, so you have absolutely no guarantee that those problems don't still exist, or indeed are even worse. It may pan out that something else is the cause, but until you can be 100% certain that your system is clean, trying any other cure is pointless.
As Hickory said - try to completely clean your system.
Yeah, reinstalling the game didn't help. Will try finding, what's the problem..

Processes are clear as a tear, no wrong stuff there. Running complete antivirus scan will take more than 18 hours, will have to wait then.
Khm. Hurry, hurry, hurry. Never hurry, guys. The only thing I had to do was update Windows. After applying couple patches - everything works fine.

Thanx for help =)
