In the original game first play through I was left on my own due to having romanced two women.
At my Toussaint vineyard estate I was on my own. Second play through, NG+ I ended up (theoretically)
with Triss and to my surprise she arrived at my home and reclined on a couch in the garden.
I left and returned at night to find her sleeping on my bed. In the morning she was standing there but
no interaction was possible.

The only interraction with Triss after you show her the place is on the bench, atleast what i have found.

Hickory: Save and reload.
During the day she is back on the couch in the sun and the same dialogue options are there.
No options for hanky panky.

So that's what you're after... "hanky panky"? There is none outside the main game love scene. This is just closure for your love interest.
