I've hit an odd bug in my game that is keeping me from progressing at all. I've completed the game and am going around doing the contract quests, and I came to "The Nithing" quest. When I use my Witcher senses, Geralt motions like he usually does but there is no dialogue, and the quest doesn't progress. I just thought maybe this one quest was bugged, so I moved on to "The Phantom of Eldberg" quest, but the same thing happened- I get to a spot where I have to use my Witcher senses to examine something and he just motions with no dialogue. Quest doesn't progress. The last quest I was able to complete was the Missing Son one with Morvudd, so I loaded a save when I started that quest. This time, I get to the fight and wear out his health, but instead of the cutscene where he runs away, he just keeps chrging blindly. I wore out his health to nothing and he just kept charging around. Seems no matter how far back I go I can't progress in any quest. Anyone else have an issue like this?

It could be a broken save or two.

I thought that too, but it seems no matter which save I use the same thing happens. I haven't tried a save from before I finished the main quest line, so I'll try that tonight and see what happens.

Just to let others know, I too am unable to finish this quest. I've tried twice now once at a lower level and at level 36. Same results more or less. The first time he just would not die. The second time he would not die but moved to the cave below the fort/hill.

Looks like we will not finish this quest till someone pays some attention to this BUG.
