I noticed last night that the update was out. But when I clicked 'Install' I got a never ending loading box. I figured it was due to it just launching. Figured I would try again today. Still nothing. Just a window, with a 'Cancel' button and a 'Install' button, but the install button is greyed out. Also a never ending loading icon in the center of the box as a whole.

The only thing I could think of is to uninstall GoG, which I did. Then I downloaded it again and reinstalled. This unfortunately did not fix the issue. Is anyone else experiencing this?

i am having the exact same issue. Tried downloading the offline installer files, but those aren't downloading either.

Yea, I am still stuck. Still unable to download the game. I am at my wits end on what to do. Reinstalls of GoG don't work. At the moment I am unable to download or play any games from the GoG client.

Anyone know how to contact GoG Support? There support site just has me ask questions to a computer. I am still unable to download ANY game that I own on GoG. Regardless of how many times I uninstall GoG and reinstall.

maybe you have problems with system permissions. Run gog installer again with admin rights, and same run GOG with Admin rights.

or maybe you have some ports bloked in your router or your internet ISP blocked some conections. Check on mobile internet if it have same problem, just make hot spot in your phone.

Nothing blocked on ports. I did try the admin bit as you mentioned. To be honest, i was kina hopeful. But unfortunately it did not work. I attached a screenshot of what it looks like.

I have left it on loading for hours just to see what would happen

create a new user in your system and install gog there, check if it's help.

Have you tried typing "speak to an agent" or something on those lines? Or just replying no when the bot asks if its answers helped?

New user did not work. I also tried to uninstall then restart, Then install to see if the restart would assist. Which it does not x.x.

At this point I am waiting for an email from GoG rep to assist.
