I know they said they were gonna add this but.. have they mentioned a date/month (est.) yet since they first "anounced" ti?

They simply can't tell a real date until it's done and tested. Everything else would be a rough estimation...
Announcing estimated dates could turn against them, as it has happened in the past.
Even announcing "soon" would be a mistake, since developers and gamers seem to define the term very different.

Was it announced?
AFAIR, they just promised to add some dialog options, nothing major.

Talking of trish, what was that on her forhead, was that from a DLC, it really put me off her.

Yes her alternative outfit is automatically activated, if installed. It can be turned off though. I prefer her original looks.
