I've been geting alot of annoying bugs thoughout my playthrough. Arrows in peoples hands, Vernon Roches sword floating above his belt, torches floating near npcs hands, tree branches through buildings. Is anyone else having simillar issues? Or do I have to many mods?

Yes. Actually, it's the conflicting/bad mods that are the issue not the number.
