Hello I bought a boxed version of the game. after installing the game enter the code in the gog galaxi, and gives me the code has been used. What is it if you can recover the game.

You need to contact the person or company who you bought the box from.

Has the box been wrapped in a foil? I've bought mine recently in one of the biggest electronic stores in Poland and everything worked fine. If you bought it on aledrogo or some other shady place it's possible that someone has used the code and wrapped it in a foil himself.

I meant that DVD box was wrapped in a plastic foil, don't know how to say it more precisely in English. That way you can know whether the box was opened or not which is important since the GOG key is also included.

Just go to the store you bought the boxed version and ask for a working key for the game. Just like Hickory said before.
