Doing contract quest: The Apiarian Phantom and am at house with steps down to a large wooden double doors. It is locked. Guide says that Holofemes will appear behind me and I can then enter the wooden doors. Problem is Holofemes does not appear. Anyone have solution?

you need to use your senses to follow the phantoms tracks to the hidey hole, then look for the 'other way in'. when you try the door and realise it's locked, he should then appear behind you in a cutscene. try using your senses on the door if this doesn't work.

I tried the above solution and it didn't work. Holofernes did not appear and I can't break open the locket door with any senses. Anyone else have idea?

This is a very tricky door. The problem is that the correct 'spot' on the door to activate it and the cut scene can be very hard to spot. It's like pixel hunting in old games. Not fun.
