I'm loving The Witcher 3 so much that I'm actually worried that I'm going to miss something important because I leave subtitles off. For me subtitles take a lot away from the game. By the time the conversation is over I could have read the conversation 10+ times which makes it difficult to sit through dialogue.

So I turn the subtitles off and then I realized that non English was also turned off. This seems like a pretty big issue with the game as it could alienate a player less (or more maybe?) into the game. Hopefully this can be added to the game in the future. Right now I'm about to pull up dialogue for the game on my second monitor just to know what non English things are being spoken.

Or if you guys have some potion that can just implant the languages that would work too.

If the subtitles are too "slow" you can just space through them - same as with cutscenes.

I don't think you quite get the point... I want to watch the dialogue sections all the way through. I'm interested in everything the dialogue sections bring and that includes the pacing and expressions made by the actors, but it is very difficult to not read something if text is there.
I agree with this. This is why dialogues in cutscenes should be slow and carefully deliberately so you don't feel stressed or miss because of subtitles.

And yes, I also want non-English only subtitles option!!
