Hey. Is anyone else suffering from stuttering they turn the camera or move Geralt? Kind of like a frame skip like it skipping some frames or when at 60 and it quickly drops to 5fps and shoots back up. Thing is, the frames aren't dropping so sharply for that to happen though. Even on low settings it does the same thing. This has never had this before.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling same thing and drivers are up-to date. 1.07 patch.

Well a couple of people have similar problems since 1.07 and I suspect as they
are Nvidea cards, plus the fact 7.5GB update is not a minor thing. So Nvidea and
others will need to put out an update to suit the new patch.
Yeah iv seen it aswell. It happens rather quickly tho still noticeable.

Other Gsync enabled.

[fixed] changed "max pre-rendered frames" from 4 to 1 under nvidia control settings. That did the trick for me.

Ah okay so its Nvidia as well so I’m not alone. Hopefully a driver update will fix this or a hot fix.
This happens to me as well. I'm not sure if it's placebo but changing maximum pre-renderered frame from 3 to 1 along with 60FPS lock with MSI AfterBurner kept it at bay but it's still annoying.

Do this, and make sure the in game frame limiter is off as well. I'd also turn off V-sync and try borderless full screen.
I think I'm getting the same issues, with an AMD card though (HD 7870 2 GB). So this doesn't have to be a sole Nvidia problem.
