Hi, I currently have an issue. I bought the season pass at Gamestop and was told it would be a steam code, they gave me a gog code. Gamestop refuses to refund, I have contacted cdpr to see if there was a way to exchange gog for steam (like witcher.com/exchange) but there isn't. Now my question is, is there a way to use GoG dlc on steam? I understand TW3 is DRM free, so it might be possible.

Make a backup of your game folder, and then just try it and see if it works...the Steam game has no DRM, either, but it depends on the GOG patch--should try it and let us know.

I am curious where you would put the DLC, also how can I redeem it without the GoG base game? Every time I attempt to redeem it I get an error.
Yeah, turns out I cannot even redeem the DLC without the base game, so since Gamestop refuses to refund I'm just out of luck. :/ cdpr also said they don't swap keys unless they are single expansion packs. See: www.thewitcher.com/exchange
