What hapens after you finish the Ladies of the Woods. In one ending Baron hangs himself the other he leaves with his wife. What exactly happens after the ending. I heard that the barons man start killing and pillaging around Velen. Does that actually happen ingame or what?

Everything happens in game after you complete the quest. Just continue a couple of quests and then head back to the Baron's castle. You will find out. And they start to pillage and rape if the Baron dies. He can die if you pick other options during the quest.
Can you spoil some thing that happen? Do i have to kill his man in every town i visit. Or they do that if he only hangs himself not when he leaves with his wife.

It will trigger another quest called "Return to Crookback bog" and the outcome in this quest will depend heavily on your decisions made in the quest "The Whispering Hillock". Be warned complete your game of Gwent with the Baron before triggering "Return to Crookback bog". This is the only spoiler you shall get ;-)
I already know the Return to bog endings. My question is what happens after that with barons man. Sergant mentions something about new rule or something if the baron hangs himself. I have completed the gwent already.

My mistake then. Mine ended with the baron taking his wife to the mountains and the same dialogue you mention with the sergeant. I did notice a ! appear in Crows Perch for a random quest, while I was finishing another quest, so I decided to ignore it and go back to it later. Sadly it was gone after. Either its a timed event or only active at a certain time of day. Most likely its what the other guy was talking about.

They were all still there for me. I'm guessing only if you actually trigger the event something can happen.
But they werent like killing npcs or targeting you right?

As I told you I saw the ! for a randomly short triggered event but didn't manage to get there on time before completing the other mission I was on.. Haven't had time to play today in order to check whether it reactivates at night time for example so I can actually trigger it. I would just manual save in that case before triggering it.
K just checked for you. It triggers at the bottom of crows perch you just kill them right after end of event. Vendors remain.
On another site i saw
The fate of the Bloody Baron
Kill the creature in The Whispering Hillock: Anna lives, but is struck insane. Velen is at relative peace.
Free the creature in The Whispering Hillock: Downwarren is destroyed, Anna dies, the Baron commits suicide, and Velen is ravaged.

So if i kill the creature the barons men wont go killing spree?

No matter which outcome the Baron will end up gone from Crows Perch. And they actually do not kill anyone btw it's just a short encounter where you interrupt and kill them before they can do any harm.
Yeah did just that. Thanks
