i dont know it helps, but i lost my Saved Games with Patch 1.31. I restore the old Saves to
c:\Users\......\Documents\The Witcher 3

Start Game.. no old saved game to seen... thats Bad.
Make a New Game and save it.
restore another old save... can only seen the new saved game..

Search my HDDs for the new saves with Date...
found entrys in
f:\Onedrive\Documents\The Witcher 3 (i have moved the saveplace for OneDrive)

Just Moment..... OneDrive?
Check PC-Config ---->> SYSTEM ---->> Memory (Store) (i have German Win10)

the Paths for Documents & Pictures belongs to OneDrive

I change the Path to C:\ PC again.

Now i can LOAD the OLD Saves again.

I think a Microsoft Patch had change it to OneDrive.

So check it and revert it, for load old saved Games again..
