Hi,

Is there a way NPC - Quest - Item to reset our build later in the game ?

Yes, when you follow the storyline you will pretty soon encounter a sorceress that sells a potion for 1000 that resets your skills.

Wait with the potion until you really need it. I am level 7 and have 3500 Money, so not a big problem... and I think at a low level like 7 you should not even use the potion because there is so little to resett.
