since the 16 DLC's comes as a Package now and not as individuals
we don't have the option to exclude or uninstall some of them.. only the whole package.

the hairstyle DLC should have an ON\OFF tab in the options menu
like the alternate looks of Triss \ Jen and Ciri..

i prefer geralt with a growing beard and because the 16 DLC pack is installed he is always shaved.. please fix.
If you don't go to a barber and pick a style, Geralt will remain unshaven and long-haired and his beard and hair will grow and get more unruly as you progress.

DinoCyber: because the 16 DLC pack is installed he is always shaved.
No he isn't. I'm always having to go to a barbers, and I have every DLC installed.
The barbers actually allow you to pick a permanent hairstyle. If you go there and ask for long hair and beard you will get your wish. If you ask for something else Geralt's hair will indeed stop growing to maintain the style you picked. If you don't do anything his beard will grow as it always has.
hmm I changed my hair style and beard wos still growing , after I shaved and few days later beard started growing again , im not sure about DLC disable but you can try this go to user settings and find this :

DlcEnabled_dlc_010_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_015_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_005_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_007_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_013_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_004_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_006_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_001_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_008_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_011_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_002_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_014_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_009_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_012_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_003_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_016_001=1
DlcEnabled_dlc_011_002=1

I guess replacing =1 to =0 should disable the dlc u dont wish to have ??? Did not tryed . Numbers 1 to 16 should be in same order as ur tutorial > dlc info from in game , example NG+ should be last dlc which is 16

before installing the DLC Geralt's facial hair will grow automatically after shaving it..
iv'e never been to a barber shop in the game..
only time i had to shave the facial hair of Geralt was when i met Ciri's father..
But since i installed the DLC pack geralt's beard is fully shaved and not growing anymore..
if you ask me it's kind of bug in the game..
since we can't disable that certain DLC. and make the beard growable.. only delete the whole package..
only solution that might actually work is Suciugabriel90's solution... (thanks for your answer by the way!)
which is more like a "Bandage" fix...
and not an official solution..

anyhow..
i would like to thank all of you for commenting and trying to help (:

Then your installation is corrupt or wrong. It really is as simple as that. It is NOT a bug in the game.

Probably. If you feel like it, you may want to go over here and report it, might help devs. If I were you I'd try visiting a barber's shop and tell him to shave Geralt or change his style altogether and then return it back, perhaps that'll reset everything.

I will try the barber's shop and if it won't work i'll report in the link.. thanks for the idea (:

I'd like to be able to choose between every character's bonus clothes. I'm not a fan of Triss's silly dress so i'd like to replace it with her original clothes and then decide later about Yenefer and Ciri. Is there an easy way to do this ?
In the Main Menu (before you load a Game) is a DLC Menu Point, there you can change the alternate look for Triss, Yennefer and Ciri.
for facial hair issues I found a simple fix , download debug console from nexus , you can use the command to add any beard to geralt , also it fixes other issues like non stop rain by using command stoprain , that simple yes
