Hello, I would first like to apologize for English I use with google translation.

I just bought the expansion TW3 pass by amazon, I received the activation code that works, but I can not get back the gift.

Would you please help me because I love this game and I did not want to lose 24€

Got the same problem but with Hearts of Stone expansion. I've bought a box expansion and while trying to redeem the code it says that "Something went wrong...". It says in every browser and on every device :/

I wrote a ticket and I've got an answer that I should send you my code which I guess was a joke or something.

Have you tried to redeem the code? (Link)
The game should then be added to your Gog account. The code will not work if you own the base game at Steam and want to redeem the code for the expansion pass on Gog.

support helped me, it was in fact that I had not turned the key after installing the game via the cd. then I could use my expansion pass.
