nermarner: I recently bought the game on my pc but am unable to properly launch. I have gotten past the cinematic first clip, and then when creating a game to load into for the first time it fades to black (screenshot attached) and the loading icon just continuously spins in the background. I can hear audio (water and stuff).

I've uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't work, and the cherry on top is that when trying to submit a ticket, it doesn't seem to be detecting the DxDiag .txt file.

Pls help
