I can't seem to get past this message

setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28 .bin
file not found
check the file and try again.

after i start install the main file i go through this and it won't let me open the .bin

also getting a message saying

Installation cannon proceed without the required file

Do you want to cancel?

however it seems to be installing and will take awhile for the 25gb to install.

There are missing files that will only be available on May 18th, when the game comes out.

EDIT: Nevermind, I actually installed the game without a problem, though we can't play until the 19th. I'd suggest you redownload. Some people had problems with part 6 of the download, maybe trying downloading it again.

I've redownloaded over a dozen times now. It still does the same thing

How did you download the files? I mean, did you use GOG Galaxy, GOG downloader, or did you download them manually?

I've downloaded the installer via GOG Downloader and every .bin file has a number before it, like "setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28-1.bin". There shouldn't be "numberless" .bin files. As other suggested you will probably need to re-download some files. Using Downloader may save you time as it doesn't re-download files that are ok.

install failed with code -7 error opening the archive

just rename the .bin files to .rar.

I downloaded the game files through the GOG galaxy so not sure how i'd change the file type to .rar

just try it.if its didnt solve yor problem then change them to .bin again.
