So I fixed one issue with Witcher 3 and here comes the next issue! Hearts of The Stone DLC some items are named in Polish language although DLC is English version! And character names has letters PL before their name! I don't think this game deserves Game Of The Year award when it's creators forgets to translate few things!!! If I would want game in Polish language then I would've installed it in this language!!! So, any ideas how to fix this?

They didn't forget to translate anything. That's a localisation bug. The game isn't loading the appropriate language files in properly or something of that sort, not sure since I've never seen how they handled localisation stuff but that's irrellevant.
