I have a free version of TW3 from nvidia 970 card promo so i have never had to use payment with GOG. The DLC Hearts of Stone is coming so it needs to be bought but GOG isn't accepting my visa so it telling me to use paypal which I then also tried to use. When paypal is used it asks me to wait a moment while it authorizes and continues to do so for 10 minutes and then eventually sends me back to checkout page i was at before. I sent an email to gog through support/contact us and it hasn't been responded to as of yet(8 hours ago). I've tried over the past 3 days at different times to put the transaction through with no luck. Is this a known issue or do most have an easy time paying for things through GOG? The alternative is to buy the dlc through steam but that would be a hassle since i would have to connect the gog game as a non steam game. I thought i should post something hoping someone will tell me customer support is just slow and it will be fixed/solved.

I can't speak for other users, but I never had a problem paying here with Paypal. I can't say anything about credit cards since I don't have one.

I think you should wait for a response a bit longer, when I sent something to them it took 1-2 days to get an answere.

I can see no reason that a VISA card would not work (other then not sufficient funds :) ).
All my payments to GOG have been done using mine, so ...

Your bank? Any answers from them, regarding the issue?

The Alternative is to buy the game on humble store. You get a GOG key there.

Been paying via PP since I register here, sometimes from kinda unusual locations (my work require traveling a lot) and hardly ever encounter any problems other than caused by crappy internet conn. I also used CC directly few a times and had a problems only once, when the card was close to expiry date (although technicaly still valid).

This may sound stupid, but did you try to clear cookies and/or browsing history in your browser? PP have a pretty robust on-line payment system, but from time to time it could be chocked by crap that browsers (especially working under Windows) accumulates...
