I just bought the two expansions then realised the physical key I have unlocked the original game as well as the GOTY edition. Didn't notice the GOTY edition in my library till after I bought the expansion. Can I get a refund? How do I go about that? Who do I email or where do I raise the request?

Also, just to be clear my library contains "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" and also "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition". The non-GOTY version is installed. Do I have to uninstall the regular version and install the GOTY version to get the DLC for free? Will I keep my saves?

You are not due any refund. You only got the GOTY *because* you bought the expansions. When a person owns the base game and expansions, they are given the GOTY edition gratis. This is the same for everybody.

If you already have the base game and expansions installed, you don't need to do anything. The GOTY is exactly the same game. The *only* difference is that the GOTY comes in one single installer.

Sorry, yes you're right. Just got an email telling me that GOTY was added BECAUSE I bought both expansions. I saw it there after and thought I must have always had it.
