Can CDPR PLEASE patch in an online mode for Gwent? I think it would work well for the community and fans if we could face each other with our custom decks. :D

they should release a physical set of these honestly. they would make a scary amount of money.

i havent even started it in game bc collectibles take my life over so i avoid them when i can, i dont want em taking my virtual life over too. after ive finished the playthru ill probably start the gwent quests
I am all in for Gwint being a standalone online or irl card game. That would be freaking epic. Just don't make a TCG like Magic out of it :P I want to buy a full set of cards and some extras and I do not want to exchange those. I also dislike the golden foil or other collectors crap. Go go CDPR! And yes, it is Gwint in Geralt's mother tongue :P Keep on posting. Maybe Devs will see it and give it a go. Or release artworks for the cards so that we can print them on our own and play with friends.
I imagine lots of cards would become meaningless. Everybody would just build a deck around heroes..

Hero cards are not that powerful. Most of them are just untargetable by spells even by your own and since you have a limited number of cards you can draw, you will be at a disadvantage.

Add Gwent to the adventure game. That would be pretty boss and provide a reason to buy the adventure game which is pretty bad right now.

I've read in somewhere 2-3 weeks ago that there is a steam mod which lets players to play gwent online with their decks. The only problem is that mod works with steam...

Yeah, I agree here. The Hero cards are good to protect against attacks from your opponent, but relying solely on them will leave you at the mercy of someone who has a good mix of standard cards with buffs as well as the hero cards.
Hero cards are not OP. You can have regulars + commander's horn and it will wipe the floor with heroes. And if you also have cards that work together you can have insane damage values.
I think they should add an online patch for gwent and sell physical cards, that would be awesome.
