When I play the Witcher 3 with a gamepad.
The screen turns off automatically after 20 minutes.
How to fix it?

Sounds like the game is not keeping the operating system updated about power options while using a gamepad. Go to Control Panel, Power Options. Click on 'Choose when to turn off the display' and select 'Never'.
