i7 4790k, 670 GTX, 8gb ram, Windows 7
I have a Geforce 670 GTX with 2 Megs of video ram and have had major CTD problems just like many have had.
I was very disappointed with Nvidia's newest graphic driver releasa 353.06 - which did nothing to stop my CTD.
Seems that Nvidia wants to support Maxwell GPU's and not Kemplar GPU's - Bad move on their part.
Anyhow my fix was to uninstall my graphics driver 353.06 and install graphics driver 347.88 which is very
stable for my video card.
I have been playing for about 2 hours now and no crashes as compared CTD about every 5 to 15 minutes with
the driver 353.06
All I am saying it worked like a charm for me
