I recently received a code for Witcher 3. The code is showing as already used. I have sent 3 emails about this now over the course of about a week, with no response. Can someone help me out here?

did you get it with a new video card or did you buy it or something because on the sticker i got with my gtx970 it says expires on 31/05/2015.

They had an expiry date that run out bloody fast.

Yes and no. The codes were valid for around two months, but expired two weeks after the game's release.
