Title.
I want to know too
It was supposed to be today according to the article below. No release as of yet 7PM EST.

Reddit is reporting patch 1.24 giving ansel support as being out and somebody posted screenshots an hour ago. However, galaxy doesn't seem to be updating me from 1.22 currently. I guess I have to wait.

https://www.reddit.com/r/witcher/comments/4xytgj/patch_124_as_arrived_on_pc_finally_brings_nvidia/

EDIT: Ok, so it looks like the update did run. Galaxy just had to be up for 5-10 minutes before it started.

EDIT2: For some reason nothing is happening when I press ALT+F2. Seems like something is not working for me.

You have to have nvidia geforce experience installed as well (maybe?)

It's installed, I even had it running in the background as a window (not just in the toolbar).

I just did the GOG update to 1.24 without geforce installed and it worked for me pressing alt+f2. Verify your files maybe.
After automatically updating today to 1.24 my Witcher doesn't launch any more. It's broken. Very bad update!!! Trying to start the game clicking the bottom gives nothing no any reaction, no any pop ups with information, nothing. Just doesn't work. I wonder if it's possible to uninstall only this patch.

I did the file verification via GOG galaxy, interesting that it did say that 1 file was updated. However, it still doesn't work.

I run Witcher from a shortcut, worked fine last night, now says " MSVCP120.dll is missing"
Tried downloading the file but not getting anywhere.
This has to be the new patch

Exactly I've got the same if I try to launch directly witcher.exe then is msvcp120.dll and later msvcr120.dll is missing. Both files are present in the system folder. I totally uninstalled everything and now The game is downloading 43GB. We'll see.
P.S. New installation done. The game installed as 1.24 :( and of course it doesn't work.

Got it working with a uninstall of the video driver (even though it was the newest), and then a reinstall via Geforce Experience. The reddit link I posted further up has more detailed info.

Just downloaded GeForce Experience and the game is loading again. Don't know how it plays because I ran out of time
maybe we were missing the obvious lol

The problem is - I don't have GeForce video drivers as I don't have video card at all. It was working perfectly on my Intel HD Graphics 4600 and Intel I7 CPU 4x3,4GHz CPU maintain graphics. It' PC not for games but i was working quite smoothly until now.

P.S. I didn't know that it's very simple solution. Just disable automatic update and mark manual, then it's possible to go back to many versions down. So I marked 1.22 and everything is working again. But the fact is that they spoiled 1.24 patch.

Not sure if this is the problem but ansel is only supported on a limited number of GPU's. The onboard HD Graphics 4600 is not one of them.
