I haven't seen the code itself, but it looks like you purchased one that can only be redeemed in Russian-speaking territories. Did you purchase it from a third-party reseller? If so, then please contact them and ask them for your money back, as they should have stated that the code can only be redeemed in certain countries.

They stopped selling it already, couldn't check if it was region locked. Do you have any emails you got from them, can you post a screenshot here?

they stop sell because i say they have problems with keys and they are speak with GOG but they dont say nothing

I just checked their Twitter page, they were selling the game for 37 bucks which is, quite frankly, either NVidia coupon derivate or Russian key, provided it is legit in the first place. Not much GoG can do about this mate, you need to get in touch with days2play.

It's more than likely a Russian/Eastern European copy, which is not meant to be activated outside said regions. So far I have yet to hear anything about Nvidia bonus coupon for the game causing any issue.

I merely provided a suggestion for the low price, the NVidia coupons are not region-locked.
