I just installed, when I click play the button greys out and then the screen will go black as if the game is about to begin but then the screen goes back to what it was showing before, the play button turns green again and it was as if I hadn't tried to start the game.... It does this if I try to launch it from the file directory as well.

You don't meet the hardware requirements.
Minim "Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 660 or AMD GPU Radeon HD 7870"

Not only is the GT 330M woefully inadequate for TW3, is only supports DirectX 10.1, whereas TW3 requires support for DirectX 11. That's probably the reason it won't launch.
