Galaxy client is currently in beta - in other words, not all features are implemented yet. One of those features is full options menu. However, if you play your game trough Galaxy by clicking the game and clicking "Play", Galaxu will track your gametime regardless of that option - it will show on the game page in Galaxy (just keep in mind that it will show some time after you exist the game, not immediately)
